You are never locked into long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Subscription & Billing Portal:

• Upon cancellation, you will retain uninterrupted access to WBPM Cloud until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
• Your account will not incur any subsequent recurring renewal charges.
• All historical store data and connected integrations remain safely stored in your account should you choose to reactivate in the future.
