Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WBPM Cloud web application, API, WordPress connector plugins, Shopify bridge apps, or associated software services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by CreatoHub / WBPM Cloud Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Customer”, “Merchant”, or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

WBPM Cloud provides an enterprise multi-tenant financial operating system designed for eCommerce merchants selling via WooCommerce and Shopify. Features include deterministic True Net Profit calculation, real-time COGS accounting, multi-channel product catalog synchronization, ad spend attribution (Meta, Google, TikTok), courier booking integrations, and fraud/RTO risk scoring.

3. Accounts & Tenant Security

When registering for an organization account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API access tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

We implement strict cryptographic tenant isolation at the database level. Each organization’s orders, credentials, and financial ledger data are securely compartmentalized.

4. Subscription Billing, Fees & Renewals

• Free Trial: New organizations are granted a 14-day full-access free trial. No credit card is required to initiate the trial. Upon trial expiration, live data ingestion and automated order syncing pause until an active plan is selected.
• Subscription Plans: Paid licenses are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our authorized Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy, Paddle) or direct payment gateway.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the Customer prior to the renewal date via the dashboard or customer billing portal.
• Transaction Fees: WBPM Cloud does not charge any percentage cut on your store’s gross merchandise value (0% GMV transaction fee).

5. Merchant Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain 100% exclusive ownership of all data, customer information, product catalogs, and transaction records synced to WBPM Cloud. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your proprietary commercial data to third-party advertisers or competitors under any circumstances.

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

6. Third-Party Integrations & Platform Compliance

WBPM Cloud interoperates with third-party platforms including WooCommerce (WordPress.org), Shopify Inc., Meta Platforms, Google LLC, and logistics couriers. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and developer policies. We maintain strict compliance with Shopify App Store Partner Requirements and WordPress.org Plugin Guidelines.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your Subscription & Billing settings. In addition, all first-time paid subscriptions are backed by our unconditional 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

While WBPM Cloud provides mathematically deterministic calculations based on the data imported from your storefronts and ad accounts, we do not provide legal, accounting, or certified tax audit advice. Merchants are responsible for verifying their official financial statements with their professional certified accountants. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WBPM Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
